12 May 2008 Growing up I always enjoyed spending time camping with my family -- swimming, hiking, cooking over the campfire. It was always a wonderful time. Our coolers, of course, were filled to the brim with ice to keep everything cool. At the end of the trip, though, we always ended up having to dump all that ice out. Had I known you could make ice cream while camping, I would have suggested it to my parents so we could put that ice to good use (and so I could eat more ice cream)!
