Too sweet almost. Don’t get me wrong, I like sugar. I just don’t like to be overwhelmed by it.

I’ve found a lot of ice cream recipes online that combine sweet ingredients. I wanted something more. Something spicy. Spicy ice cream… odd, yes. Intriguing… yes!

I found it, though. Chef Alex of Ideas in Food has a few “hot ice cream” recipes. All you daring ice cream chefs should definitely check it out.
