04 Mar 2008 One of my biggest turn offs concerning the store bought ice creams is that when they add more flavors it gets sweeter. Too sweet almost. Don't get me wrong, I like sugar. I just don't like to be overwhelmed by it. I've found a lot of ice cream recipes online that combine sweet ingredients. I wanted something more. Something spicy. Spicy ice cream... odd, yes.
